NAAM HOUSE, LLC offers accommodation in a home life setting and access to services under the same roof, which minimizes travel and exacerbates anxiety. We provide a therapeutic environment that is a safe and secure, drug-free home that promotes acclimation. This Veteran experience will aid in the healing and developing the necessary skills to operate successfully- independently or in an environment conducive to your well-being. We now offer employment opportunities for all Veterans we service. We provide veteran excursions that are affordable and well deserved. NHLLC sells healthy products to improve mobility and limit chronic pain.

Official Registration Disclosure Statement

CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, & NON-REFUNDABILITY POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCESSING PAYMENT. All payments, deposits, and installment fees made toward the NAAM HOUSE 2026 "Back for Me" Veterans Retreat (the "Retreat") are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. Because NAAM HOUSE LLC / NAAM HOUSE INITIATIVE, INC. incurs immediate, non-recoverable financial obligations to secure Presidential VIP accommodations, private yacht charters, catering, luxury transportation, and elite venue bookings on your behalf, refunds will not be issued for any reason—including but not limited to personal emergencies, medical conditions, schedule conflicts, or unapproved travel changes.
Participant Transfer & Substitution Policy: While no refunds will be given, your registration is transferable to another participant, subject to strict organization criteria. To qualify for a transfer, the replacement individual must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Veteran Status & Health: The substitute must be a military veteran in good health standing.
Clinical Clearance: The substitute must be fully screened and cleared by a NAAM HOUSE INITIATIVE (NHI) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Conduct Agreement: The substitute must formally agree in writing to abide by all NAAM HOUSE dress codes, behavior expectations, and action rules. All transfer requests and replacement participant details must be submitted to NAAM HOUSE in writing for review and approval no later than thirty (30) days prior to the retreat's scheduled departure date. It is the original registrant's responsibility to handle any financial reimbursement directly with the approved replacement participant.
Pursuant to New York State General Business Law § 157-A: Registrants maintain a right to cancel this transaction without penalty until midnight of the third (3rd) business day following the receipt of full written travel disclosures. After this three-day period, all sales are final, and the non-refundability policy is strictly enforced. By submitting your deposit or full payment, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to these terms and screening requirements
